Spot Warranty
Spot has a 24 month warranty against workmanship and component failure.
This excludes:
- Any form of tampering.
- Any failure as a result of operating the camera outside the guidelines given in the instruction manual.
The camera must be returned in all instances in the original packaging with all components.
Out of the Box Warranty
If the camera cannot be enabled by the end user because of a manufacturing malfunction at the time of set up this will qualify for a swop out.
The camera must be returned by the end user to the distributor in it’s original packaging. This must be done within 7 days of purchase by the user.
In Warranty - 24 months
The camera must be returned by the end user in it’s original packaging to the point of sale. The camera or status of repair will be returned by RSS to the point of sale within 72 hours of receipt, for the distributor to return to the user.
Out of Warranty
All costs for repair will be borne by the user after 24 months from date of purchase.
